Your Vote Matters

Our club's mission would be to educate students about election procedures, empower voter registration opportunities, and engage the Westport community in making their vote truly count. During our monthly meetings, we will host the Registrars of Voters, various government officials, and teachers to discuss election procedures, laws, and proposals here in Westport, CT, and around the country. In addition, the committee will work to schedule and provide more opportunities for Staples students to register to vote closer to election day. Lastly, the committee will (as a group) volunteer to work at the polls on election day and participate in numerous events before election day to advocate for voters to turn out at the polls!
