Teen Awareness Group (TAG)

TAG, Inc. is a student-run non profit organization, originating at Staples High School in Westport Connecticut and managed by the Town of Westport’s Department of Human Services. TAG is known for taking a realistic approach to the prevention of risky behavior through discussion, assemblies and other activities that address mental health awareness and personal responsibility.

TAG encourages students to take their own unique path as they navigate the day to day pressures kids face today including the lures of unhealthy or risky behaviors like substance abuse, managing stress, the pressures of social media and mitigating the overall challenges of making healthy social decisions.
