Staples Feminists

The purpose of our club is to create a space at Staples for students to freely and openly express their feminist views. Our goal is to educate all members on feminist history and ideology, as well as encourage ideals of gender equality at Staples. Club activities include having discussions about feminist issues, reading literature and poetry from feminist authors, discussing current events in relation to women's rights, hanging up posters to raise awareness of issues in school, and putting forth initiatives to help promote gender equality in the school community.
