Graduation

CAP/GOWN and DIPLOMA

To help the school team order the correct size graduation cap/gown and diploma, please complete the online order form and click submit. If your child does not have a middle name, please type N/A in the middle name box. When submitting your child’s name online, please be aware of all capital letters and spaces when typing. The way in which the name is submitted is how it will appear on the diploma.

If you have already gone online, please DO NOT submit again. Mail your check or money order for $60.00 payable to: Staples High School. You can also drop your check off in the Main Office room # 1025B to Mrs. Arvinder Chadha. Deadline for payment is January 15, 2024.

Regretfully, any cap, gown, & diploma orders not returned by the January 15th deadline will be submitted to the Staples Accountability Department as an accountability which will result in the loss of Home Access Center. The diploma company will use the student’s name as it currently reads in our computer if the online order form is not submitted.
