College Planning for Students with an IEP or 504
The Staples School Counseling Department has created the College Planning for Students with an IEP or 504 guide to assist students and their families. Information can be found regarding the differences between services provided at the high school and college level, levels of support available and how to determine the appropriate level of support, recommended colleges with support programs and college and non-college based transition programs to consider, and additional print and online resources.
In addition, students and families may find the resources below helpful as they research college options and support.
